I Bought An iPod
May 16, 12:12 AM By Eoghan O'Brien. Not one to be unlike everyone else, I’ve joined the myriad of other yuppies and purchased the 30GB Video iPod. I havent been able to let it out of my sight since I got it. It holds 15,000 songs, full-color album art and up to 25,000 photos. Though what really impresses me about it is its video capabilities, the quality of the 320×240 pixel TFT display really suprised me, beforehand I didnt think I’d be able to watch anything on such a small screen, but I’ve watched a couple of episodes of Lost and Scrubs on it already and its just like watching it on tv.

In other news, I was way too drunk at my 21st to take any pictures but apparently some of my relations took some, so if I manage to track any of em down I’ll throw them up. It was a really good night, very little drama and a lot of vodka, jack, shots and beer.
You are just trying to justify having spent almost the same amount of money for a smaller screen and hard drive.
Let’s face it; this is the age of ‘wide screen’; watching ‘Lost’ on a postage stamp is cute and gimmicky; but not as enjoyable as watching on the Epson. The Epson design, BTW, is excellent. Also, it does more than an iPod in that one may insert Compact Flash and Secure Digital into the device for immediate display and transfer to one’s computer later.
Not only can the Epson work as an Mp3 player; but, it can make albums on the fly as well as slide shows for motion portraits on your desk.
Will are you working for Epson these days or what! :D
The thing is, I dont watch ‘Lost’ on my iPod, I use my Laptop for that, I use the iPod specifically for music,. The iPod is perfect for me because its small, light and holds a load of songs.
Buying one or the other of these depends on what you want from a portable media player, the iPod fits what I want perfectly.

I own $70,000 worth of Apple stock and use its computers, but I thing the Epson makes more sense for everything except music!
